Our coffees aren’t anonymous. By utilizing transparent supply chains, we know that the farmers who put care, knowledge and risk into growing the coffees we purchase are fairly rewarded for their efforts. In turn, this allows producers the ability to reinvest in their farms and their communities.

What’s the difference between specialty and commodity coffee? Specialty grade coffees are typically grown on higher elevation sites, then picked by hand at peak ripeness and carefully sorted resulting in clean, complex flavours. We only roast, sell and serve specialty coffee.

Origin, growing conditions, variety and processing can all contribute to the potential flavours of a coffee.
