Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of purchase. If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible — once an order has shipped, we are unable to make any modifications. We ship via UPS or Canada Post, and you will receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.
Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our return policy below.
Coffee
Because our coffee is roasted fresh to order, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any coffee purchases. If you believe there was an error with your order or have concerns about the quality of your coffee, please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery and we will do our best to make it right.
Merchandise
We accept returns on merchandise items that are in their original, unopened, and saleable condition. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery of your shipment. To initiate a return, please contact us at coffee@joycraftroasters.com with your order number and reason for return.
Items that show signs of use, damage, or are missing original packaging are not eligible for return. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
